SHIPPING INFORMATION

Southern Charm Winery will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of order (excluding Mondays). NOTE: Please refer to "Warm Weather Shipping Policy" for exceptions. You will be notified via email if there is any delay in shipping your order. Standard UPS delivery times apply; tracking information will be emailed from UPS once your order ships from Southern Charm Winery.

Out-of-State Shipments: Southern Charm Winery does not collect sales tax for out-of-state shipments. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any applicable sales tax due.

For wine shipments outside of UPS shipping zones 1, 2 or 3: Additional handling may be required to preserve the integrity of the wine during transit. You will be contacted prior to fulfilling order if this is applicable.

Where Can We Ship? We can ship wine and wine gift baskets to residential or commercial addresses anywhere in North Carolina and to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Additionally, we can ship to commercial addresses in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING GUIDE: Normal shipping times will apply to all packages shipped between now and December 17, 2012. Any orders received after December 17, 2012 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas unless upgraded shipping is designated.

REFUND/RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled or modified, subject to product availability.

Due to the nature of our product, Southern Charm Winery cannot process refunds.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY - Updated May 2013

Effective now through September 30:

• Wine will be shipped only to addresses within a 2-day shipping zone, as outlined by UPS, during these months. Shipments can be made to addresses outside the 2-day shipping zones if upgraded to UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day(additional charges will apply).

• Wine will ship Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only to prevent wine from remaining in a warehouse over a weekend.

• It is strongly recommended that wine be shipped to a business address to ensure prompt delivery and that no packages are left outside.

• We will monitor temperatures during the summe months. If temperatures reach extremem highs, Southern Charm Winery reserves the right to delay shipment of your order. If your order is delayed, you will be notified via email or phone.

• There will be an additional $7 charge for all wine shipments during warm weather months.
